Not much going on today, I got some nice photos at sunrise but the color only lasted a few minutes and it is cloudy now.
Went to town and got more calf and chicken feed and some fence staples to work on the calf fence so I can move them to fresh grass one more time before going totally on hay.
I also found a gallon of industrial quality hunters green oil paint at lowes for $4 that was dented and had paint all over the can but I think the paint was from another can so good deal. I will use it on the wheel barrow and tools. Strange how we paid professionals to scrape and paint our roof only to have it peel off in chunks after 6 months and we got nothing but oh well from them. But it is strange how I can paint rusty wheelbarrows without cleaning the dirt off of them and they never peel, maybe I need to paint my own roof.
Pretty slack response re your roof. Beautiful photos of your sunrise. Love Leanne
ReplyDeleteYes the roof was a disappointment, I finally figured out that country business will rip you off as fast as the ones in the city. It was an expensive lesson though.
Deletewow, those are beautiful sunrise shots!! happy new year!!
ReplyDeleteIt was cloudy and dark on new years day so I ended up taking B&W that day and will post some if I can remember.
DeleteWe had a pretty sunrise yesterday too . . . nothing as spectacular as a country sunrise, but nice nonetheless!
ReplyDeleteWe get sunrises like that maybe once a month or so, I almost missed this one. The girls got back from Richmond and enjoyed seeing you guys.
